Upper Humber Settlement Culinary Experiences

This 4 season 6 acre homestead nestled in the forest of a small farming community in Cormack, NL is owned and operated by Lauralee Ledrew, a Mi’kmaq farmer, forager, and cultural culinary guide. Lauralee and her husband, Mark, thrive to live in harmony with the land and through their regenerative permacultural farm they are rediscovering nature and learning to replicate natural eco-systems to provide sustenance.

In addition to the farm stay B&B, Lauralee offers experiential tours with a wide assortment of intimate and tasteful culinary experiences, foraging adventures and a medicine wheel fire circle with a tasting of her mother’s fire roasted bannock.
