The Illusuak Cultural Centre / Illusuak IlikKusiligijingita SuliaKapvinga is a place that host exhibits which tell our story as Labrador Inuit. Programs engage Inuit, Kablunângajuit (mixed ancestry), and non-Inuit in the history of the Labrador Inuit culture, language, values, and traditions. A focus on cultural programming makes the Cultural Centre a multi-generational gathering and sharing space.
In partnership with the Torngat Mountains National Park, the Cultural Centre contributes to Nunatsiavut as an exclusive travel destination appealing to visitors seeking rich cultural and natural experiences.
