Owned by Byron Alexander and Jasmine Jesso, a Mikmaw couple living on the west coast of Ktaqmkuk (Newfoundland). They feel strongly about food sovereignty and self sufficiency. They hunt & fish with the seasons, grow our own food and forage the rest from the land. By living this lifestyle, they have come to realize that our connection to ourselves, the land and Mother Earth starts with our food supply. When they reconnect with Nature, they are able to regain balance in our bodies, minds and spirits.
